The dirt moving is complete out to 400 yards. There is still seeding and gravel paths to layout. Target boards to build. The completion date out to 1,000 has not been established.

Is the long range rifle range complete? If not, how soon will it be ready?

Sorry I didn't see your post earlier before you have seemed to made up your mind about the match clinic.

The 100 yd Reduced Match/Clinic  as far as the shooting part is nothing more than what you should be doing  shooting a 100 yd anyways, which is focusing on the front sight because your eyes can't focus on three objects at different distances and conscious mind can only do at one thing at a time.  In the clinic part we cover things like sight alignment, trigger control, offhand (standing), sitting  and prone positions, how to use a sling, scoring, tips on  how to train your subconscious mind to the other things required while shooting and you get to learn how  a high power and/or vintage military match is basically run. We cover a lot of material is a relatively short time.

Come join us, it's only a 100 yds unlike most high power matches that are usually 200yd and up. The whole object is have fun and learn how to improve your shooting.

Found it.  Not helpful for us older folk who can't see on three planes at once anymore.

The orientation is only a general demonstration of safe gun handling and you shoot at paper targets from about 20 feet.

What type of shooting is required during the orientation?  Is there a certain skill or experience required to join?

At this time, we do not have the land available to open up a bay for skeet only. Our long range is really the focus in the next few years.
