Application Process

    1. Complete online application. 
      • NRA membership required for membership to CCGCI. Save $10 by joining through CCGCI
      • Provide documentation that shows you have passed a criminal background check. See application page for types of documentation accepted.

    2. Pay application fee invoice (Regular Membership $200/Founder Membership $1000). 
    3. Request Orientation and Safety Class. This class is required for membership.
    4. Once your completed Orientation Paperwork has been received by the secretary, you will be sent a membership dues invoice (prorated quarterly according to the orientation class).
    5. Once both invoices are paid, your application will be sent to the Executive Committee for approval.
    6. You will receive an email once your application for membership is approved. Please allow seven days to receive your gate card/membership badge and welcome letter once you receive the email.


    Membership process must be completed within six (6) months. Applications over six months will be archived and any fees paid will be forfeit. If you cannot complete your application in six months, please contact the secretary or treasurer to request more time.
